1. Pre-sales service: Yangsen's sales team will provide users with the best processing solutions, including machine tool selection, option configuration, tool and fixture selection, lubrication oil and cutting fluid management, and other services. Turnkey solutions are also available.

2. Repair response time: Our company has a service team of up to 100 people and is equipped with a full fleet of service vehicles. We will respond within 8 hours of receiving a fault report from the user.

3. Spare parts inventory: Yangsen has a dedicated production workshop and spare parts inventory in Xiamen, with strong capabilities and a comprehensive inventory.  Common spare parts are also stocked at each branch office to provide users with the fastest repair parts.

4. Machine tool maintenance: All machines under warranty enjoy free maintenance services. Machines outside the warranty period can purchase maintenance services at economical and reasonable prices. We can also plan equipment management and maintenance processes according to customer needs.

5. Repair charges after the warranty period: The charging standards are clearly stated and only cover costs, serving users with openness, fairness, and impartiality. After the warranty period, our company is responsible for providing spare parts at preferential prices for the long term, and the repair service time will not exceed 48 hours.

6. Dedicated service department for existing customers: We closely monitor machine tool usage and promptly handle repair complaints.

7. Repair supervision: The General Manager also serves as the director of the after-sales service department, supervising the quality of repair services in real time to protect customer rights.

8. Warranty: The equipment is provided with a 1-year warranty from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repairs for equipment failures caused by normal use. If the failure is caused by improper use by the user, a cost-based fee will be charged after the service.
